Response Times & Timelines

Standard Timeline

We aim to respond to all data requests within 30 days of receipt, as required by GDPR. This period may be extended by up to 60 days for complex requests.

Request Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving your request, confirming receipt and providing a reference number.

Verification

We may request additional information to verify your identity and ensure we're responding to the account holder. This helps protect your data security.
