DracoVed Vedic Astrology ("DracoVed", "we", "us") is a web based software service that provides tools for generating and exploring Vedic astrology charts and related calculations. Our website is https://www.dracoved.com.

For paid orders, our order process is handled by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for DracoVed purchases.

Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, handling billing related customer service, and managing refunds for eligible transactions according to this policy and Paddle's own buyer terms.

DracoVed provides web based software that lets you generate and explore Vedic astrology charts and related calculations. When you purchase a paid plan, you are paying for access to the DracoVed application and the features listed on our Pricing page for the duration of your subscription.

We do not sell physical products. We do not provide one to one consultations, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice through DracoVed.

Some DracoVed features are offered on a subscription basis. If you start a subscription, you will be charged the subscription fee shown on our Pricing page in advance for each billing period, for example monthly or yearly.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time using the "Manage Subscription" or "View Receipt" link provided in your Paddle email receipt, or by contacting Paddle support.

Prices, plan features, and billing intervals may change from time to time. Any changes will apply from your next billing period and will be communicated in advance where required by law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on DracoVed for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DracoVed
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the service

In no event shall DracoVed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DracoVed, even if DracoVed or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on DracoVed could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. DracoVed does not warrant that any of the materials on DracoVed are accurate, complete, or current. DracoVed may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

The license granted in Section 1 is personal to you, and you shall not sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, or otherwise convey any right to DracoVed or its materials to third parties. Any attempt to do so is void.

DracoVed may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any dispute arises between you and us, the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

As a user of DracoVed, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Not transmitting viruses or harmful code

You retain all rights to any content you submit to DracoVed. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for providing and improving our services. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant such license.

DracoVed may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.

All content on DracoVed, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DracoVed or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
