If you're not satisfied with DracoVed, we offer a simple money-back guarantee processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with DracoVed for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date ("Refund Period").
We'll refund 100% of the amount you paid for the DracoVed subscription. This does not affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your country.
2. How to request a refund
All DracoVed payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com ("Paddle").
To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase:
- Use the "View Receipt" or "Manage Subscription" link in your Paddle email receipt, or
- Visit https://paddle.net and contact Paddle's support team with your order details, or
- Email us at support@dracoved.com with your order information, and we'll help you with the process.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible. Timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all DracoVed orders. Paddle handles payment processing and issues refunds in line with this Refund Policy and Paddle's own buyer terms and conditions.
4. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
